I want to return a product, what should I do?

Products ordered from Hobbybox always have a 14-day return policy. The return price starts from 15€. For oversized products and products weighing more than 35 kg, the return price is case by case, depending on the shipping costs for the return.
If you are returning a large item or an item weighing more than 35 kg, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange the return together.
Please note that hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened, as the product is not returnable for sale. Information on the hygiene specification of the product can be found in the product information for each hygiene product in the online shop.

This is how you make a return:

1.Contact our customer service stating that you want to make a return. We will provide you with a return label.
2.Pack the products carefully. Make sure that the products to be returned are not damaged during transport. Do not mark the original packaging of the products (e.g. shoe box). Print the return label and attach it to the packaging and seal the package.
3.Take the parcel to the nearest Post Office.
4. Take the return receipt you received from the Post Office.
We will need this if your return is lost for any reason.

The products to be returned must be unused.

Please note that returned products must be unused in order to be returned for sale. The product must be returned in its original undamaged packaging. All product related labels and instructions that came with the product must be included. The product must not be dirty or have any signs of use, such as hair, in order to be resold.
If the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged, no returns will be accepted. In such cases, we will return the product to you or deduct the loss of value of the product/packaging from the refund.If the product is delivered in packaging that does not allow you to open the package without damaging it, you have the right as a consumer to open the package and inspect your product without losing the right to return it. However, this does not apply to hygiene products.

Want a new product as quickly as possible?

If you want a new product or size as quickly as possible, you can place a new order in our online shop and we will send it to you immediately. It may take several days for the product to be returned, processed and re-sent. By placing a new order, you ensure the prompt arrival of the new product. In this case, we will refund the returned product when it arrives at our warehouse.

Parcel postage

You do not need to write separate address details on the parcel. This is included on the return label you will get from us.
Please note that you may not tape, write or glue anything extra to the original packaging (e.g. a shoebox)!
Please keep your return receipt until you have received either a refund or contact from our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is always responsible for the return shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages if it cannot be verified as having arrived at our warehouse. (We will assist in locating lost packages. To do this, we need a tracking number from the return receipt.)
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the shipment by our warehouse.

Uncollected orders

If your order is returned to our warehouse uncollected, we will automatically process it as a refund and deduct the refund costs in accordance with our terms and conditions.
