If the product has been used or the original packaging has been damaged, the return will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the product to you or deduct the loss of value of the product/packaging from the refund.
If the product is delivered in packaging that does not allow you to open the package without damaging it, you as the consumer have the right to open the package and inspect your product without losing the right to return it. However, this does not apply to hygiene products.
