How much are the return costs?

The return price with our return label starts from 5€. For large items and items weighing more than 35 kg, the cost of returning the item will depend on the shipping costs.
If you are returning a large item or an item weighing more than 35 kg, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange the return together.

You can also choose to return the item yourself and pay for the return, however we can usually provide better rates than the ones available locally.
