Once you have received an order confirmation, your order can no longer be canceled because it has already been processed.
However, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can read more about our return policy here.
If your order includes a pre-ordered product with an estimated delivery time of more than a week, please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your order.
Please note that you can only cancel your entire order, but we will of course help you if you wish to place a new order afterwards.
