The watch does not connect to your phone
If you have problems connecting your smartwatch or smartwristband to your mobile phone using Bluetooth, you can try the following:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app and that your mobile phone's operating system has been updated to the latest version available.

2. restart your mobile phone.

3. uninstall and reinstall the application you are using to connect your smartwatch.

4. Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth connection between the smartwatch and your mobile phone.

5. Restore the smartwatch/wristband to factory settings.

The watch will not charge
If your smartwatch/wristband is having problems charging, you can try the following steps:

1. Try a different power source, such as a USB port on your computer.

2. Make sure the charging sensors on your smartwatch or smartwristband are clean, and clean them with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.
