By following these steps, you will always keep your mattress in good condition and ensure a longer lifespan:
- After use, clean and dry the surface of the air wheel. Clean the mattress with water and/or lukewarm soap. Do not use strong detergents.
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents or strong detergents.
- When the surface is dry, start rolling from the bottom of the mat.
- Once the roll is rolled up, you can tie it up with string or put it in the storage/carrying bag provided.
- Always store the track in a dry place.
- Do not use a broken or leaking mattress. If parts are worn or missing, do not jump on the mattress.

- Do not bring any sharp objects near the mattress
- Do not place the AirTrack mattress under overhead obstructions such as low ceilings, trees, power lines or place the mattress on a slope steeper than 5%.
- The mattress should be placed on a clean, dry and flat surface.
- Do not place near walls or other obstacles
- Do not throw or drag the mattress
- Do not use the mattress near wet areas or fire
- Use only the pump provided
- Always check the pressure of the mattress before you start jumping
- Make sure there is enough air in the mattress so that you do not jump on an empty mattress
- Try to cover hard and bare areas with protective mats before placing the mattress on the ground
- Use a protective cover under the mattress when outdoors to avoid damage
- Do not expose the mattress to heat or direct sunlight for long periods of time
- Do not use the mattress in water or snow. When filling the mattress, keep the pump in a dry area, make sure the area is dry: a slippery surface can cause injuries
- AirTrack mattress is not intended for floating.
