Can I collect my order directly from the warehouse?
Unfortunately, orders placed online cannot be collected directly from our warehouse. -
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 7 days to collect your order from the date of receipt of the first notification of arrival. If you have not collected your order after 7 days, the uncollected order will be returned to the sender. -
How long is your delivery time?
The normal delivery time from the date of dispatch is 4-7 working days. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order, and during peak seasons it may take 2-4 business days depending on the volume of orders placed online. Note! Orders placed after 12.00pm on weekdays ... -
We offer free delivery to the nearest Post Office or parcel machine for all orders over 50€. If your order is less than this amount, the delivery charge is 9,90€.

I have not received delivery information?
You will receive delivery information by email once your order has been processed and dispatched. There may be a delay of a few working days in the delivery information for direct delivery products, as the products leave the warehouses of our partners. I ordered a pre-order product, when will it be delivered?
The estimated delivery start date for pre-ordered products is always indicated in the product description. -
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code. The tracking code allows you to track the status of your shipment. Please note that during busy periods the tracking may be updated with a delay of a few working days.
